About Us

We provide comprehensive, individualized support services to students in Des Moines area high schools identify, prepare for, and ultimately enter financially sustaining, high demand careers. We follow the students into post-secondary education and through the first six months of employment.

Our WHY: We strive to equip and empower our scholars to build sustainable careers to strengthen our community and positively impact future generations.
