Description

Join FuseDSM for our annual Fore! Golf Tournament at Willow Creek Golf Course! A day filled with fun, (hopefully sun), networking, and memorable experiences.

Did you know that FuseDSM gives scholarships to seniors attending high schools within our footprint of the Des Moines Metro? While we enjoy hosting these wonderful and fun events for our members and the community, they do have a purpose in raising funds to fund those scholarships. When you register or sponsor our annual golf event, you are supporting students and the Fuse Philanthropy program. Our goal is to increase and provide additional scholarships for our youth, so we thank you for your participation in the annual golf tournament!

Registration begins at 7:15am
Shotgun start at 8:30am
Lunch at approximately 12:30pm - Catering provided by Ruby B's Kitchen

CASH PRIZES for 1st ($500), 2nd ($325) and 3rd ($200) Place!

Sponsorships Opportunities Available! Join in on the Sponsored Hole Contest, in which sponsors compete in a friendly way, of course, to provide the best experience for our golfers when they visit their hole.
