GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Youth Development Professional will work with members to facilitate their personal, social and educational development to enable them to gain voice, influence, and place in society as they make the transition from dependence to independence. The YDP will assist in youth development in creating a safe environment to learn, grow, and thrive. A YDP will provide coaching and guidance in facilitating out daily operations, programs and special events. What you’ll do:Be a friendly face, MAJOR DUTIES AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Inclusive, but not limited to):Plan, develop, implement and evaluate all programs designed to align with the BGCCI mission and achieve measurable outcomesAssure proper staffing of all programs, including strict attention to ratios for adult supervision as provided by BGCCIProvides positive guidance, discipline and role modeling to members at all timesSchedules activities and/or program partners for Club site that provides equitable and consistent participation in
