The Des Moines East and South Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony Thursday, February 4th, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Prairie Meadows Events Center in Altoona. Pre-registration is required.
