The Central Iowa Tour de Cure is a cycling event for riders of every age and skill level, ranging from our 25 mile route to our 75 mile ride. Join us for the post ride party at Life Time Athletic with catered lunch, music, vendors, yard games, and much more to celebrate your success, and to celebrate our Red Riders (riders with type 1 or type 2 diabetes)!
