"Generational Differences in the Workplace"
As different generations enter to workforce, the workplace begins to change. Join Anne Barry of Paychex to explore all the different generations in the workplace and how they have shifted the workplace over time. We will discuss the differences in the generations and effective leadership practices when dealing with those differences.
Anne Barry, SHRM-SCP- Senior Manager Paychex
Anne Barry possesses more than 15 years' HR and Leadership experience, currently leading the HR team at Paychex PEO. She is focused on creating innovative ways to engage employees and ensure the local culture aligns with the Paychex values and leads to high performance and success of team members. She is also focused on developing strong relationships with clients that lead to long term partnerships for our organization. She has presented on many different platforms and forums to engage listeners in new ways to think about leadership, talent development and topics that are affecting US businesses. She earned her Master's degree in Public Administration from Drake University.
