Description
This presentation will discuss the roles and responsibilities of becoming a corporate board member. We will also discuss the importance of corporate governance.
Dr. Ryan Anderson, No Coast Consulting
Dr. Anderson is an Professor of Business at Grand View University with his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Dr. Anderson teaches courses focused around Economics and Finance that include Strategic Management, Personal Finance, Investments, Macroeconomics, International Trade, Corporate Finance, Money, Banking and Financial Systems. Prior to completing his doctorate, Dr. Anderson, obtained his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Drake University.
Dr. Anderson started his professional career with a focus on Project Management and Financial Analytics primarily for Financial Services and Insurance Companies gaining a repertoire of experience among large Fortune 500 companies such as Standard and Poors (McGraw-Hill), Principal Financial Group and Hewlett Packard.
