When we are busy with work and our home lives, grocery shopping, meal planning and balanced nutrition tend to take the back seat. This presentation will give you the top things to focus on when it comes to food with tips and tricks on how to make it more a priority. Eating healthy gives busy professionals the fuel to get through the chaos of life, so you won't want to miss this lunch & learn!
Anne Cundiff, RD, LD, FAND
With more than 21 years of experience as a registered dietitian and 13 years of experience as a Hy-Vee dietitian, Anne enjoys helping customers find purpose and passion with their health. Anne graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended Iowa State University for her dietetic internship. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, where she has served as president and was the recipient of the Medallion Award and of the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year Award. Additionally, she is involved in Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine. Anne is passionate about health, writing, speaking, wellness and, of course, food.
