Jenica Johnson: Mid-Iowa SBDC Regional Director/Tricia Rivas Business Relations Coordinator

Jenica is the Regional Director for the Mid-Iowa SBDC which offers no-cost business counseling services to small businesses and startups. A graduate of Drake University and Drake University Law School, Jenica has worked in the entrepreneurial world in Iowa for more than a decade in a variety of roles. In her spare time, Jenica enjoys organizing and planning events, spending time with friends, traveling, attending concerts and the theater, and karaoke. Tricia Rivas: Tricia Rivas owner of Trixie’s Salon & Spa and founder of the Dream Catchers Foundation Inc. and Customer Relations Coordinator with the Small Business Development Center. Tricia has a fierce passion for counseling small businesses, non-profits and connecting people in communities for the better good.
