Description
We are excited to announce, that in spite of the Annual Dinner not being in person this year, we are moving forward with a CELEBRATION of our members! We couldn't let a year go by without recognizing the many achievements that did happen for so many during the year we call 2020. We WILL be back in force with our regular Annual Dinner next year, and in the meantime we will give out the annual awards, along with some fun and new awards as well.
There will be an hour of networking followed by stories shared by members and the annual awards.
Each registration comes with a newly designed t-shirt in which the proceeds go towards the Fuse Philanthropy Program. The Fuse Philanthropy program helps members unable to pay their membership, as well as funds the scholarships given to a high school student attending Lincoln High School, North High School and East High School.
There will also be fun prizes to win in a fundraising raffle along with the option to SUPPORT LOCAL by purchasing a variety of options at registration to keep your appetite in check while viewing the awards online. SUPPORT LOCAL options to order will close out on Friday April 23rd.
Details on pick up of SUPPORT LOCAL Options and T-shirt pick up will be sent to you after registering.
This event will be interactive and not just another "online event". Below are additional details on the event. We look forward to seeing you all!
Jackie Schmillen is considered the VP of Delight and Entertainment at We Are Iowa, Local 5 News - ABC in Des Moines. Her passion for supporting positive and local stories of people, places and events shines through on Good Morning Iowa. You can now see Jackie every weekday morning along with anchors Elias and Sabrina on channel 5.

#1 - GraZing Table Charcuterie & Central City Liquors - SUPPORT LOCAL OPTION #1 - GraZing Table Charcuterie and Central City Liquors - This spring inspired graze box will be sure to please your palate. You can expect to find: 3 different savory cheeses ( Rosemary and Olive Oil Asiago, Blueberry and Vanilla Goat cheese, Unexpected Cheddar) -Italian Dry Salami -salted/candied nuts -fresh/dried fruits and more (feeds up to 2pp). This option does not come in the metal tin as shown in picture, to keep prices lower. Also included are three mini bottles of Infusion Vodka (a new product) in three flavors with club soda to quench your thirst when enjoying your charcuterie.
