Feed Your Mind Lunch & Learn: Where Learning Meets Growth

In this session we will have a hands-on workshop focused on tools to help you articulate your vision and get your team aligned so everyone is rowing in the same direction.
Presenting:
Loraine Hardin, Professional EOS Implementer
Loraine is an EOS Implementer. She has helped many organizations articulate and execute their vision to achieve superior performance. Through the process, the leadership team becomes a healthy, cohesive team executing well and having fun.
Loraine started her career at The Principal, a global financial services organization where she held positions in investments, commercial real estate, retirement, International, as the Head of Strategy, the Administrative Officer of the Health Division, and the Head of Operations in the Mortgage Division. She worked directly with the Executive Team to articulate the global strategy; she increased productivity in the mortgage and health divisions.
The majority of Loraine’s career was at The Principal however she was recruited to Wells Fargo to lead strategy for the Executive Team and run a department of 675 team members who handled 500 customer complaints each month.
In 2014, Loraine was recruited to Freedom Mortgage to build the retail platform. She developed and implemented the platform to grow originations from $20 million per month to more than $250 million per month. While there she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and started her own company in 2018.
As an EOS Implementer she draws on her leadership, strategic, operational and governance skills to teach, facilitate, and coach entrepreneurs how to run their business on the Six Key Components of EOS®
When Loraine is not working with her clients, she is doing community work or spending time with her grandchildren. She is currently on the board of directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) as the past president and the board of directors of CultureALL . She has served on many other boards including Children and Families of Iowa, and The Young Women’s Resource Center. She is an Alumna of Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute. She has chaired the Go Red for Women Luncheon and was the Executive Lead for the Principal United Way Campaign. Images
