FuseDSM Non-Profit Confidential (formerly known as the FuseDSM Non-Profit Forum) is a meeting of the minds in a space for collaboration and support. We know your job can be a lonely or stressful one, so each month we ask you to bring your most recent challenge to the group for help to find a solution, in turn, plan to join your colleagues to help them address theirs.
This group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. It is a great opportunity to build new relationships, keep your network fresh and collaborate with other non-profit organizations.
Changing Culture Through Self Awareness
While we're familiar with our cars' capabilities and blind spots when driving, do we truly understand our personal, organizational, and leadership power? Additionally, are we aware of blind spots in our professional journey?
Blind spots exist because most individuals find it challenging to maintain objectivity about themselves and their organizations. Together in this interactive session, we will use science and people-data to explore attendees’ strengths and blind spots to create greater self-awareness, increase interdepartmental communication, and support intentional appreciation.
