Lip Sync Battle at Peace Tree Des Moines Branch

It's our FIRST EVER Lip Sync competition, coming to Peace Tree - Des Moines Branch on Saturday, February 16th! Come flex your synchronized-pseudo-singing chops, theatrical dance moves, rocking costumes and air guitar skills! Entries must be submitted to taylor@peacetreebrewing.com no later than Thursday, February 14th. When entering, please include: 1) Your name (and/or Stage Name) 2) Name of both the song and artist you will be performing 3) Number of performers The number of song entries we can accommodate is limited for time, so don't delay in signing up! Song length is limited to 5 minutes per performer. Please keep lyrics acceptable for all audiences. All entries will be approved by Peace Tree and performers will be notified by email. The battle will be emceed by Jay Wilson, Minister of Iowa Beer and of Drinking Pants Pageant fame! Music will be provided by Neurozym. Our esteemed panel of local celebrity judges will be here to vote for their favorites and winners will be awarded rad Peace Tree prizes! Points will be awarded for Lyrical Accuracy, Performance and Overall Stage Presence! There is no fee to enter, but advance registration is required. All performers will be asked to arrive no later than 6:30pm on February 16th to check in.
