We are posting this event that is sponsored by Warm Up America! on behalf of Shannon Walderbach, who is hosting her own Made With Love event. Shannon phone number is 319-215-9894. Every January Warm Up America! staff hold the Made With Love event in Dallas, TX and hand out thousands of free items to people in low-income and homeless areas. The event has been so successful in years' past that a few WUA! volunteers from around the country will be holding their own events in an effort to expand the reach of this charity initiative. Shannon Walderbach will be holding a Made With Love event on Wednesday, December 19 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Central Iowa Shelter (1420 Mulberry St., Des Moines, IA 50309). She plans to hang up and hand out hundreds of free hats, mittens and scarves, just in time for the holidays, with tags that read "Take me, I'm yours!" Volunteers are welcome to join her efforts too!Made With Love
