Description
Employee Development and Training is a pain point for all businesses, but especially so for non profit organizations that often do not have the budget that larger for-profit organizations have. Add a world wide pandemic to the mix, along with the needs of stakeholders and requirements in meeting industry standards, never before has the need for proper employee development and training in the non profit sector been so important. Nancy Baldus is the Director of Quality at Candeo with 33 years of experience in human services. She has developed training curriculum and facilitated satisfaction-based studies to promote an effective learning culture. Nancy has partnered in a number of avenues to increase self-advocacy, independence, and growth of both individuals with disabilities and the staff that support them. She is passionate about supporting individuals to learn and develop as well as having a passion for quality and systems. Nancy is inspired to encourage people to live their best lives.
