Description
The CICIL Connection Center is a project that aims to provide peer support to individuals who have a disability or mental health diagnosis. The Center will offer programming to increase socialization, health and wellness, independent living skills, employment/job readiness, and self-advocacy. Peer support fosters understanding and empowerment, which leads to building confidence, wider social networks, increased community involvement and improved mental health.
