Description
High and low challenge courses are known to increase participant’s self-efficacy or the belief in their ability to accomplish new tasks. People who have higher self-efficacy are more apt to be successful when taking on new situations, such as transitioning from educational institutions or jobs. Every year, Stowe Heights will aim to serve over 2,500 participants from the Greater Des Moines metro by promoting teamwork, communication, and leadership. They exist to help prepare the next generation of community-inspired leaders in our city and the world at large.
Face coverings are required for the duration of the event.
