GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Youth Development Professional will work with members to facilitate their personal, social and educational development to enable them to gain voice, influence, and place in society as they make the transition from dependence to independence. The YDP will assist in youth development in creating a safe environment to learn, grow, and thrive. A YDP will provide coaching and guidance in facilitating out daily operations, programs and special events.
